2 lbs chicken cut into pieces
4 cups tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
2 small chopped onions
2 garlic cloves minced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup mushrooms chopped
Combine above in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low/med. heat.
